Description of that level
Dr. Cossack is the villain this time! This level is the third Dr. Cossack stage in Round 3 of my Classic-style Stages.
The first half of the stage was inspired by the 3rd Wily Stage in Mega Man 1, but with a twist. There are multiple paths, but since you can't actually take any of them, it makes the stage feel larger than it actually is.
At first I wanted Pirate Man, Flame Man, and Ring Man (all the remaining Robot Masters from Round 3), but the stage didn't quite feel suited for that. Since I wanted another one of these boss-rematch style stages for Dr. Cossack Stage 4, I realized it was best just to have Flame Man end the stage.
