This is the second level in my Mega Man Dungeons series. This stage takes place on Wind Man's flying fortress.

I think this one is a little better than the last one at showing the player what to do; there is a much more straightforward path to this one. I tried to make it a little bit easier to understand than the last one, Burst Man's, since that one seemed to have issues with the items being too well hidden.

But the items here are also not in plain sight. You still need to look for them, and one near the end I feel is a little tricky because you have to backtrack through areas you've already been through. Overall though it feels like a big improvement over the last one in difficulty.
