Description of that level
Hi! For a bit of extra context, this level is the original, unnerfed version of a level on my main account [589444], for the Mega Speedruns Secret Santa event.
I was asked to make a light kaizo, which is something I hadn't really ever done before, but had a little bit of experience with similar stuff in the past.
As you can probably imagine though, I was asked to tone it down a bit.
The major differences between this version and the nerfed version (which was the one that ended up being used) are the following:
- Most sections have telegraph tweaks, and are generally more forgiving
- Section 4 in its entirety was cut from the nerfed version (and Section 5 is now "Section 4" to compensate)
- All mid-section weapon switches are either cut, or automatic
- A noticeable lack of Christmas decorations in the final screen
In other words... if you find this version a bit too spicy for your tastes, feel free to try the other version! Thanks!
