Description of that level
Climb up Dr. Wily's electrifying tower! This is the second Dr. Wily Stage of Round 3 of my Classic-style Stages.
This stage was inspired a bit by Elec Man's stage from Mega Man 1. You have to climb up the stage while avoiding electrical hazards. At the end of the stage is something unique: you have to get rid of half of your weapons before fighting the boss, so choose carefully.
