This is the first Wily Fortress stage (of 4) in Megaman Adventure 4 and it follows the Protoman Fortress stage. Each fortress stage will start you off with an E-tank and also allow you to use the rescued Protoman, if you so choose. Each stage will have two bosses from the previous games. One as a mini-boss, and the other as the final boss.

Stage Theme: Wily Stage 2 - When creating this stage, I wanted it to use water as well as remix a few of my robot master stage mechanics. Adventure 2 bosses make a return as the fortress stage boss and mini-boss. I aimed to make this stage to feel traditional and wanted it to be the most challenging.

Hidden Items: E-tank 2 (No item required. Not the easiest to get though)
