Description of that level
It's a cold night in the Neptune... Mega man finds himself trying to escape after retrieving some data about Dr. Wily's possible location from a strange ancient city filled to the brim with aggresive and deadly robots. For some reason, Rock's buster got corrupted and now he can only access four different weapons: The Tengu Blade, Hyper Bomb, Concrete Shot and Wave Burner. Will The Blue Bomber be able to escape from this frigid hellhole with his new strange arsenal? Or will he finally perish in the eight planet?

PD: You can dash with the Tengu Blade, and when you do, you are invulnerable. Just try not hitting spikes while you use it!
