Wily Machine No. 12 (Time Mechanism): The twelveth iteration of Dr. Wily's Machine. It is composed out of Dr. Light's old Light Warp Machine Project, able to travel between different points in time, as well as new deadly mechanisms conjoined to it. Within it lies Wily's trusty Capsule, whom he uses to fight and flee the scene. This is the biggest iteration of the Wily Machine as of yet.
