Description of that level
Megaman Adventure 3 is my third level set fully created by me. I am very proud of how the levels have come together in this particular set, and will feature a total of 12 levels. If you end up enjoying this one, feel free to try Megaman Adventure 1 and 2 / or Megaman Voyage co-developed by my brother and I (his name as Obderhode)! I've always loved Megaman games but tend to find most of the main series (outside of 9-11) a bit too easy most of the time, so I tend to really focus on enemy placement and fun mechanics! I never try to be too challenging and I'm generally very nice with checkpoints!
Level Theme: Frozen Wasteland: This one takes a very small portion of inspiration from the Ice Man Gameboy level. Traditionally I think IceMan in MM1 has a horrible level with bad placement, but this one I think is overall very fun and easy. It's a little more combat heavy, but the mechanics are very mild and I hope you'll find them pretty interesting. I like how I used the melting ice blocks a good bit! When I developed my 3rd game, I wanted each boss encounter to feel unique. It's a little hard I think to make Ice Man too tricky. With the falling ice making immediate platforms... it's kinda easy to just sit there and kill him. :)
