The level has some good aesthetics. As for the level design itself, it starts out fine, but just...doesn't pick up on difficulty anywhere, the level stays REALLY easy, and I'm not sure if its intentional or not by the author. The boss fight with Cold Man almost feels designed to be a cakewalk as well, as all you have to do is move to a different platform where his Ice Wall cant reach you and shoot at him. Overall, its a bit of a forgettable level due to its constant easiness.
