Professionals will certainly enjoy this level, but the average Mega Man Maker players - won't. The Icicles in question force the players to be as fast as possible, or else the exit will be blocked - forcing them to restart from the last checkpoint.
Unfortunately, that sort of level design is not acceptable when it comes to trivial stuff like this. Persevered players will eventually beat the level, but the frustration will hamper their progress significantly.
P.S. Enker fight turned out to be much easier than the challenges preceding it.
