Description of that level
Mega Man's operating system is damaged, and has failed to load critical memory. As a repair program tries to assess the damages, Mega finds himself lost in a broken amalgamation of Wily's past strongholds... he doesn't know why, but he feels like he has to see it to its end, or he'll never wake up.
