Sail Man (DCN-093): A Robot Master created by Dr. Cossack with the purpose of commanding the Russian Robot Navy, supervised by Cossack himself. His Thunder Anchor allows him to stun fish within the water, making the process of acquiring them easier and turning him a multi-task robot. His assistant, Lemon, is a parrot-like robot whose functions vary depending of what task Sail Man is performing. Sail Man was scrapped due to his constant hardheadedness, turning him unfit for his position as the leader. Sail Man later offered his services to Lyre just so he could have a job once more, caring less about his actual objective, which is to destroy Mega Man.
