Waste Woman (DCN-096): A Robot Master created by Dr. Cossack with the purpose of absorbing toxic waste and converting it into different types of atomic structures, most notably oxygen and carbon. Her body is able to change its physical state to either liquid or solid for several different purposes. Waste Woman was let go of her duties due to her malicious personality, resulting in many instances of manipulative intent. Waste Woman was later eliminated by Lyre, being fixed and further reprogrammed by him to destroy Mega Man.
