Seismic Man (DCN-095): A Robot Master created by Dr. Cossack with the purpose of earthquake detection and prevention. His arm cannon holds a special sticky substance designed to fix broken objects and structures in a matter of seconds at a molecular level. Seismic Man deliberately resigned from his role due to his workaholic nature, since he did not want to cause accidents on purpose just so he could fix them again in a vicious cycle. Seismic Man was later recruited by Lyre to destroy Mega Man.
