Pykrete Man (DCN-091) A Robot Master created by Dr. Cossack with the purpose of monitoring military bases, later repurposed as police personnel. He is equipped with a robotic rifle that freezes and pierces any opponent on being hit, on which he uses with extreme precision. His body is divided into two segments that gravitate in harmony, which not only enhance his ability to hide in plain sight, but it also gives him an edge in terms of combat. Pykrete Man was scrapped due to his constant hotheadedness, making him way too unfocused at his job. Pykrete Man was later recruited by Lyre to destroy Mega Man.
