Rain Man (DCN-092): A Harpoon Joe model created by Dr. Wily and raised by Dr. Cossack with the purpose of managing weather. Despite being initially built for combat purposes only, he was eventually adapted to maintain regular household tasks. Not only were his predictions completely accurate, but in case of flash floods and typhoons, Rain Man would absorb the winds and water and compress them into calm, soothing rain. Rain Man was scrapped due to his erratic behaviour, probably as a result of his body not handling well the upgrades. Rain Man was later recruited by Lyre to be the leader of the rogue Robot Masters and to destroy Mega Man.
