Oyster Man (DCN-090): A Robot Master created by Dr. Cossack with the purpose of preserving aquatic life. His legs were replaced with an advanced propeller system that purifies water wherever Oyster Man goes and, of course, increases his mobility underwater. Oyster Man was scrapped due to his constant fear of confronting polluters, rendering him ineffective in his job. Oyster Man was later recruited by Lyre to destroy Mega Man.
