second Wily Stage and...it sure is the level of all time i guess...ok actually this level was ''intentionally'' made as that one Wily Stage you would dread when playing the game (nowhere close to as bad as MM2 Wily 4 though), anyways this is like almost a troll level honestly, it's like a collection of some the most annoying things from the other levels and not only that but some of the enemies and gimmicks are new to this level which makes it feel even worse, and yet despite all of that i don't even hate this level lol it's basically exactly what i wanted it to be...Dark Man 4 fits the annoying camo Met gimmick the whole level has, he's weak to Tornado Hold mostly for gameplay reasons (he's also weak to Charge Kick but it's a lot harder to hit him with it)
