final normal level in the series, i think this one is my favorite, idk the vibe is just cool (pun intended), the only reason this is ice themed is because i realized none of the other ones were, not that there needed to be an ice level but still, it was weirdly fun trying to fit these tile sets together, and by fit together i mean they really don't but that adds to the rom hack vibe i think? Galaxy Man is weak to Tornado Hold mostly because of gameplay reasons, it can hit him in the air and shreds his health if placed under his Black Hole Bomb before he lands
