Description of that level

The year is 199X. Robots can now use guns. However, a rogue robot named Gun Man has gathered all of the gun-toting robots to take over the middle of the city! Blue, being the only remaining robot number to not have a gun, goes to Carol Park, Symphony City to deal with this mess.
