A robot master created by Dr. Kyrus for the purpose of collecting waste and transmuting the collected waste into clean and filtered gases like oxygen.
His Acid Missile can dissolve any type of waste in a large area. He was then corrupted by the new variant of Evil Energy, which reprogrammed him to destroy Mega Man.
