A robot master created by Dr. Kyrus for the purpose of ensuring peace around the world. He was assigned to work for the US Robot Military by Dr. Kyrus to
defend the citizens of the world. His Homing Bazooka is a large missile that can home in on his targets, which will make a large explosion on impact. He was
then corrupted by the new variant of Evil Energy, which reprogrammed him to destroy Mega Man.
