A robot master created by Dr. Kyrus for the purpose of very-low temperature environmental experiments. She can use supercooled water sources to create four
hardened ice crystals that orbit her called the Rime Barrier, which can freeze almost anything when fired. Rime Woman is often meditating to stay mindful of her
surroundings, in case of approaching danger. She was then corrupted by the new variant of Evil Energy, which reprogrammed her to destroy Mega Man.
