[DKN-005: Energy Man] (Electrical Robot)
A robot master created by Dr. Kyrus for the purpose of powering large cities in Canada through Hydropower. For tasks like having to go
underwater, Dr. Kyrus equipped him with Water-Proof Armor which allows him to swim without the water penetrating his circuits. His Double Shock can
electrify entire water sources, allowing him to stun underwater creatures, making the process of swimming tasks easier. He was then corrupted by the new
variant of Roboenza, which reprogrammed him to destroy Mega Man.
