A mining robot master created by Dr. Kyrus for the purpose of managing the Chinese Mining Industry, one of the largest
mining industries in the world, and main supply of minerals for construction work. His Drill Crasher allows him to crash through any strong stone. Even strong
enough to break Earth's crust itself. He was then corrupted by the new variant of Evil Energy, which reprogrammed him to destroy Mega Man.
