Part of a new level series known as ''Mega Man World''! (And yes, I used the name of the Japanese Mega Man Gameboy games. It was the first good thing I thought of...)
In this level, you are adventuring into a tundra base, as the name implies. Shiver Man is planning to use Shiver Water to freeze northern Asia. This level takes place in Siberia, part of Russia. (It is in a cold area. Wasn't there a Robot Master's level that took place in Russia? I know there was at least one... Maybe Tundra Man?)
