Description of that level
Megaman Quest 3 is, as the name suggests, the 3rd level pack I've made on my own (The other two being Quest 1/2 and also the Megaman Voyage Level Pack made with my brother, Orangemeo). It is intended to be a full 8 stage, 4 fortress game. The hope is to play the 8 boss stages in any order, unlocking their power in subsequent stages. My goal was for each stage, while being typically longer than the average Megaman Level (averaging around 40-50 screens), to be extremely fair and balanced. Each main stage should be completable with no damage with just the Mega Buster, with some obviously being easier than others to no damage with the buster alone. My goal with Quest 3 was to for it to be the best of the games I've made thus far, really fine tuning my enemy placement even further and relying on almost no instant death.
This is the second of four Wily stages. As Megaman travels deeper into Wily's base, he'll have to deal with electric traps and water. Upon reaching the end, he'll manage to find a scrap heap of several old robots. The boss, the Necromancer, has raised two bosses from Megaman Quest 2 and they are back for a vengeance! If you found Spark Chaser on the way to this encounter, it will be easier to take down the menace, but if not try to use the large room to your advantage and isolate the bosses.
