Description of that level
1 year after the events of the first games, Mega Man and Roll decide to go on a vacation and enjoy life in Hawaii, but what they didn't expect was that a city near the Green Valley would be attacked by several robots that came from a mega thermal power plant. with several sister locations across the region. Luckily, Bass was around the region and he promptly went to the location and was able to defeat the Power Plant owner who was his longtime friend, Blaze Master.
