Such a bad level. Lack of playtesting and polishing really pisses me off. Like, how bout the part at the first checkpoint was not playtested, so you are forced to use awkward wheel cutter weapon. How about the lack of conveyance after you get key, so you spend an entire minute guessing where to go. Did you really think out the enemy placements, did you you put heart into it? First question, no. There are enemies and hazards so close to screen transistion that, you WILL get hit by them. They are impossible to dodge on a first playthrough. "But I don't want you to walk, I want you to wait after EVERY transistion!" That's a BS argument because EVERYONE holds direction button when traveling in a screen transision! It's just bad design because it is unfair to first time players who ARE NOT THE LEVEL DESIGNER, SO GET YOUR HEAD OUTTA YA REAR! As for the second question, no. You have little ideas and only care about them upvotes. This stage's layouts are recycled from previous gloom city stages. You have no ideas!
