Description of that level
Dr. Rotegin's secret lab has been discovered by Dr. Light and Dr. Wily and is confirmed to be the place where the Devil Virus was created. With all the tools at their disposal, Mega Man, Roll, Proto Man, and Bass are sent to infiltrate the lab to put a stop to the Petit Devil experiments and put an end to the Devil Virus Pandemic once and for all.
