Kind of a strange stage. Not sure what fan fiends have to do with cleopatra. Why not use pharaoh man? It's not like you'd know his gender anyway...
The open sections are piss in the editor. I see what it's trying to be but it just, doesn't, work. Enemies respawn so easily that you can end up landing on them. Spikes not shown on camera cause you to take leaps of faith. It's just a bad stage.
