Great, a boss chase with no checkpoint and a bottomless pit. Fuck off.
I didn't beat the stage but onward with the review. First, I would like to congratulate you on a good well done, you actually didn't make a super loong stage this time. It's actaully at a reasonable length. Now, onto the shit. The level visuals look like someone barfed onto the screen. They give off the impression taht you only spent an hour on the visuals. Nickelasse would be embrassed to play this stage simply off the visuals alone. He's the type that tries to act nice but you can tell his true feelings underneath the BS. He does not upload anymore but I already know what he'd say on the visuals.
Next, the stage progression. It isn't quite done well. You again follow the trend of only having 3 enemy types, resulting in boring and repeatious gameplay. Why are you scared to use more than 3 enemies? Is it ego, or are you truly frightened at recieveing a low score for making something that challenges the players taste. "But I made challenging stage already before this!" Please, contact your local brain doctor to give you some IQ. I meant challeging the norm of having safe stages that do nothing to break the mold in terms of stage design. I bet your ego only allows you to make boring stages that appeal to all audience. "But you're wrong because so and so." Listen, I've been making levels longer than most people, probably as long as you have, so shut up and fucking learn something.
Now, the boss fight at the end, IT IS HORRIBLE. Why did you not put checkpoint at the second phase? "You would complain that that would make it too easy". That is an excuse and you know it. You know, it wouldn't be so bad to have instant death in this part if you actually put a FUCKING GODDAMN CHECKPOINT!
Finally, stage layout. It sucks. It has strange parts like invisible walls to the sides, that could easily be replaced with actual tangible walls. The room layouts tend to be ho hum and mediocore at best. I really can't remember much of anything from this stage tbh.
NOTE: Please quit game design. We don't need you and we hate every level you upload and don't upload. Your stages bring nothing but misery to everyone who plays them. Quit now while you're ahead. Do it, or you will live a life of waste.
